Can I change the days that I am attending?


Yes, you can up to two weeks before the event, by emailing your desired changes to australianinstituteofplay@gmail.com. Some charges may apply. See terms & conditions for full details.




Can I cancel my ticket and receive a refund?


Yes, you can cancel your ticket up to two weeks before the event by notifying via email at australianinstituteofplay@gmail.com. See terms & conditions for full details.




Can I transfer my ticket into someone else’s name?


Yes, you can. See terms & conditions for full details.




Can I be invoiced?


Yes, you can. Invoices are issued regularly and need to be paid within 7 days. Beware that your registration may be successful (as per confirmation email) but that your ticket is only confirmed once payment has been received.




Are there group booking discounts?


No discounts are offered.




Will COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions effect this event?


Yes. We take the safety of our guests, staff and attendees seriously, the Childhood Summit will follow Queensland Government COVID-19 guidelines. The Childhood Summit 2021 is not designed to be an online event. If there is a lockdown or restrictions put in place which mean this event cannot go ahead at full capacity, it will be postoned. All purchased tickets will recieve a refund or credit.
