Logan children, we need to hear what is important to you!

STEP 1. Are you eligible to apply? To apply you need to be:

Aged 3 to 14

Live in Logan

STEP 2. Complete this  Child Voice Application Form  to map out your ideas

​

STEP 3. Record your video (1-2mins). It doesn’t need to be fancy – but feel free to be creative - explain what is important to you. What you would you like to say?

 

STEP 4. Have your guardian or parent complete and sign this media consent form (if you have friends in your film, their guardians or parents need to complete and sign a form as well).

STEP 5. Ask your parent or guardian to email your film and consent form via dropbox (or other file sharing platform) by no later than 5pm Aug 6th, 2025: hello@australianinstituteofplay.org
